On the occasion of World Autism Awareness Day, which is observed on April 2nd, the Rotary Club Kaštela, in collaboration with Baraka BBQ & Brew Bar and the Porat Club, is organizing a charity concert "Živimo 365 dana" at the Porat Club.

The concert will feature numerous well-known names from the domestic music scene, including T.B.F., Vojko V, Jole, Neno Belan, Giuliano, and Tiho Orlić, with "Diktatori" as the backing band for all performers.

The goal of the event is to gather as many visitors as possible, with the purchase of tickets helping the parents from the Autism 365 association, so they can provide sensory, musical, artistic, sports, and work activities for their children. Special focus will be placed on work activities, as the association's members have already shown they can be equal members of society.

The Autism 365 association emerged from the Parent Council of the Autism Center Split Primary School and has been working intensively for three years to improve the school conditions for their children. In its activities, the association has launched a donation campaign to provide equipment and materials for the staff and attendees of the Autism Center, which they cannot obtain through regular channels.

They also organized a summer camp project to emphasize the importance of maintaining routines year-round for children and individuals on the autism spectrum. In collaboration with the City of Split, they organized the "Summer School" project, which aims to maintain continuity and develop the interests and potential of children and adults with autism spectrum disorders.

Over the past two years, the association members have demonstrated their work abilities by helping to create a didactic book and enriching t-shirts and canvas bags with their drawings, which were met with great interest. Therefore, it is important to continue fostering their work potential and equal participation in society.
