Iva and Gloria are two friends, mothers, and cleaners who have tried several times to become actresses. Working in the theater, even if it's just cleaning, gives them the chance to stand on stage, feel the spotlight, and confront the harsh reality and their own problems. Enchanted by the stage, the set, and the props, they quickly abandon their cleaning jobs and take on the roles of two women from Zagreb, Dubrovnik, and Split. With a humorous approach, they portray the raw reality and bitterness of today's ordinary people on the street, in cafés, in their neighborhoods, and even among friends and family.

Seemingly supporting each other, our heroines, through the portrayal of various characters, uncover many things about themselves that will surface and shake their friendship.
